BATMAN - 80 years

To mark the 80th anniversary of Batman, DC celebrates all year round with live events, fan festivals and exclusive products. At CCXP COLOGNE, DC and Warner Bros. celebrated the best detective in the world with an interactive exhibition, panels and a special screening.

Fans and visitors could expect a Batman Area with the impressive look of the Bat Cave, where not only the Bat computer but also three legendary Bat mobiles could be admired at the same time. With two cool photo ops and an Elbenwald store packed with must-have merchandise, you could immediately secure memories for eternity.

Fans could also look forward to a special screening of Batman (1989)! A Q&A with Michael Uslan, the executive producer of all modern Batman films from the Burton to the Nolan generation, has perfectly round off the screening. On two more panels you could dive even deeper into the world of the dark knight and enjoy the presence of famous artists like David Finch or Brian Azzarello.

To cut a long story short: at CCXP COLOGNE Batman fans were offered numerous opportunities to celebrate their beloved bat in a fitting manner according to the motto "Long Live Batman". The ultimate preparation for this year's Batman Day on 21 September!
